Preparation & Pre-treatment -cleans, conditions and coats the
metal surface, all at the same time. It prepares
the surface with zero
rust/oxidation, along with a conductive metallurgical protective
coating (which provides long term rust protection), making the surface
ready for Painting, Welding, Electroplating, Galvanizing, Anodizing,
E-coating, Powder Coating etc.
Picklex® can also be used in one step dipping process for
de-scaling/pickling/coating after annealing or other heat treatment
processes
Picklex® simultaneously combines the following processes, when
a metal (steel or aluminum) is treated for a certain length of time
(usually less than the traditional methods).
