Pro-Tec, for those that do not remember, is the well known performance gel-coat/fiberglass sealant used by the upper echelon of tournament anglers for many years.

The product was used and still is by literally thousands of tournament anglers back in the 1980's, which was when the product was introduced and marketed through the high profile tournament anglers.
